News from Eric Emery, author of Bay City Tower."Last night, I read a chapter of my novel at an open mike in front of about 50 people. It was great. It was at the Hugo House in Seattle. I can say it was one of the most enjoyable times of my life.
I got comments like 'Your writing is so cool' and 'Thanks for being so different' (Prose instead of another reading verse).
The experience comes 2nd as far as pride of being an author in my opinion. 1st is seeing your name on the cover and seeing your words on the pages."
